GOVERNED DATA DISCOVERY – BI TOOLS THAT BALANCE FLEXIBILITY AND STANDARDS This report argues that top-down and bottom-up BI are flip sides of the same coin and explains that organizations must devise organizational, architectural, and technical frameworks to harmonize these polar opposites.
